Sit up straight

When you have good posture, you sit up straight with your spine erect. This position is correct for your spine and helps prevent neck and back pain.

To sit up straight, place your bottom spine against the seat in the chair. Keep your back straight, and then raise your head so that it’s level with your body. Hold for a few seconds, and then release. Do this for five sets.
