I already use this chair for several weeks. Have no issues. For me it looks similar to Salli chairs (used one for several weeks before) - maybe not so refined, but very close in terms of comfort, sturdiness and overall quality. I definitely could recommend this chair.
I got a bad gas cylinder. Hey, it happens. I was pretty anxious during my dealings with support because of the firm verbiage on the website, but I was taken care of.

I love this chair! It’s comfortable, lets me move around, and spins for days. I use it at my sewing machine, and also while watching TV. Everything about it is super high quality, and also smells wonderful.
I had my chair for a year or more, I love it. I am a quilter and I sit at my sewing machine for hours . My chair help relieve my discomfort in my legs and hips. It’s also great when I broke my wheels I could easily great a replacement.
Love the chair! I bought this chair because I have back problems while I am practicing my harp. I could play only for thirty minutes because my back pain was excruciating. With this chair I am able to play over an hour without much of pain. I recommend that you get a chair with a back support if you have back problems.
Love the chair and very comfortable. Only problem is that the up and down adjuster doesn’t work. The chair fits me know but nobody else can use it because it would be too short.
I bought this for a standing desk that I work at, where I both sit and stand and don't want to raise and lower the desk itself. I’m loving this new chair. the chair feels like it will hold up, and is made from solid materials. It does a great job at supporting lumbar and thoracic support! Only slight concern would be the seat cushion. I would have like a bit more padding, but it’s plenty and not overly concerning!

The only downfall I have found is that it is a very tall chair. It would have had all 5 stars if it could go lower/have a better height adjustment. Super comfortable though!!

This is my second Sit Healthier saddle chair with the tilt-able seat. You might be asking what happened to the first one? Nothing! It works great, but that's reserved for a room where I solder my stained glass. And the other space where I wanted to use a saddle chair would mean I would have to lug it up and down a flight of stairs. As an artist with a full size easel and a couple of table top easels I am able to move easily from one to another and being able to adjust the tilt with the easel use is really great! Not just for those in the medical profession!
