Bambach Return and Shipping Policy



First, if you have a need to consider refunds or return a Bambach chair, you likely ordered a Bambach chair from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You”. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Sit Healthier customers. Sit Healthier is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days [except ultra-leather upgraded chairs] – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. There might be restocking fees and shipping charges. Please contact us before you buy.

Refunds are issued upon inspection of merchandise. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund. We will issue a credit to your original method of payment. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.



  • Customers should prominently display RA # on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • The customer must return the product within 10 calendar days once the RMA is issued.  
  • The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Hager Bambach.
  • The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) capable of providing tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
  • The customer should ensure that all returned products are 100% complete and will include original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by Hager Bambach.
  • If any component of the returned product is missing, Return Procedure will be breached and Sit Healthier will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges (i.e. a restocking fee) against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

  Please note: Any chair upgraded to ultra-leather can’t be refunded.


Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  If your order has to be custom-built, it will ship anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at



Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
