I didn't have a place to try this type of chair in person but I really wanted something that would be good for posture at computer (only a few hours per day) but not take up as much space as my yoga ball. The measurements and descriptions on the website were really helpful. I love the purple and I added the tilt seat and rollerblade wheels, and I'm really happy with it. I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs and it feels comfortable.

I started using a saddle chair in 2007 in the OR where was fortunate to find one. I am also a long time horse rider so I knew how to sit on one. Centered, back straight, feet flat. Very convenient for a circulator nurse that has to jump up from the computer suddenly. I retired a few years ago and had to leave it behind but I found one in a hair salon and was delighted to find they were not real pricey. I immediately bought two for my husband and myself to use for computer work and what ever. I paint and play instruments for which the chair keeps me in good position and prevents back discomfort also.
This stool is so comfortable, and it improves my posture. The rust orange saddle looks stylish. I love being able to roll around easily on the sturdy wheels.
