I ordered a custom saddle seat chair with - tilt seat, shorter person cylinder, upgraded rollerblade wheels, with backrest, with footstool ring, no arms. This chair is amazing! I'm 5' 2" and average weight. I've struggled for years to find a comfortable chair that I'll sit in in a healthy way. I have a terrible habit of sitting with one leg crossed under me, fully criss-cross, or slouching. I've tried a variety of wobble stools, kneeling stools, and traditional office chairs. I want to be someone who takes more advantage of my standing desk, but I never stand for terribly long and really need something in between. This chair is better than everything. I sit upright, comfortably, all day without feeling strained. The seat is well padded and comfortable all day. The wheels make it easy to slide around and have movement while sitting. If you are someone who struggles to sit still and are reasonably physically fit (I don't know how other body types/fitness levels would adjust), this might be for you. It's been two weeks, and I could not be more satisfied.
The assembly instructions could have been better. I accidentally left a sleeve off the cylinder when I assembled it and can't disassemble to put it back on. The footstool ring keeps sliding all the way down the cylinder without it. I wonder if it's meant to hold the ring up? The tension screw on the footring doesn't seem to be enough to keep the footring in place by itself.
The shipping was quick enough but tracking did not work. I got a notice that my package label was created on the Monday after I placed the order Friday night, but the carrier updates never indicated that the carrier received the package or that it was in transit. The package arrived that Friday, so a week after I placed the order.
I was skeptical of ordering such an expensive, customized chair without ever sitting in it, but I'm very satisfied with the product. I am not someone who writes reviews, but this chair was worth the time.
Easy to put together! The original wheels actually aren’t bad at all. But if you want smaller sleeker wheels go for the nice ones.
This is a very comfortable stool for a hygienist.
I still have yet to receive it, UPS system says delivered but it is no where onsite.

The second armrest I ordered came in a heavily damaged box. It was not fully assembled like the first one and had a missing screw. Not a big deal, but it meant a trip to the hardware store to buy a replacement screw, which is time out of my work day. Overall, I like these armrests. They are very handy and pretty heavy duty. I would buy again.

Delivery was terrible!!!! I have photos. UPS set it upside down when the box clearly says fragile and arrows point. (Opposite direction of how he set it down)
Item arrived in good shape for being open box, just needed cleaned. Works perfectly. Box arrived very damaged though with part of the item exposed. Thankfully, it was not damaged. Would buy from again.
